The Company has superior geographical position. It is located in Xinqiao New & Hi-Tech Industrial Park—a well-known center of auto lamps in China, of Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, approximately two-hour drive from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, about 20 km away from Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway and Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway. It is about 15 km far away from Dagang Port-the third largest port along the Yangtze River, the traffic is convenient in all directions, no matter you select by ship, railway or air transport.
We founded in 2002, one of the fastest growing factories in this industry. We have won the title of Top Ten Famous Brands of auto parts in China several times. Now we are one of the largest manufacturing bases of auto lamp products. The Company covers an area of 55,000.square meters and plant area of 70,000square meters with 300 staff members. Our annual lamp product output is 1.2 million sets and fully grasps the making capability of important core components.
Sales achievements: the Company mainly produces assembled auto head lamp, tail lamp, front (rear) fog lamp, interior lamp, bumper and other plastic products. Its main business covers domestic OEM market, refitted auto market and post-sales market. It has the OEM package customers as JAC, Zotye Auto, Changan Auto, GWA, etc, as well as customers in Eastern Europe and South America. The Company tries to build its own brand – Shentong (SRUMTO). Its brand share in the post-sales market of China is about over 60%. Its vehicle types mainly cover GM Buick, Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Opel, Cadillac and so on. Its products have been exported to Europe, America, Central and South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions. Shentong brand is well known in automotive post-sales market!
We have nearly 20 years experience in lamp research, development and production. We are confident as we have a batch of domestic professional elite as its backbone, so as to build a first-class research and development team in China. We cooperate with Nanjing University in scientific research and development. For the headlight design, research and development projects, we use Software like UG, CATIA, ASAP for product modeling and simulation of optical design. Depend on years of hard work and accumulation, we worked out a complete set of standard processes in new product development. Its products developed shall be put into production after a series of standardized procedures as from data structure, design validation of rapid prototyping, mold design and development, small batch production and mass production. In addition, we have developed a standard database for product design of auto lamps, which greatly shortens the product development period and ensures product quality stability.
we committed to developing the production technology of technical innovation for lamp manufacturing, leading-in first-class production plan mode and island type production line, using ERP system for material management, importing in large amount both from domestic and abroad advanced production equipment: 30 sets of 60-ton to 3,000.00-ton Haitian injection machines, two sets of Taiwan Fuqiangxin BMC injection forming machines, several sets of Germany Engle three-color injection forming machines, two production lines of PC mask surface curing, one production line of anti-atomization processing, one set of Japan Yaskawa automatic spray robot, one set of Germany LEYBOLD vacuum aluminum-plating machine, several lines of automatic island type, nearly 100 sets of hot plate welding machines, vibration friction welding machines and ultrasonic welding machines. For the product quality control, the Company has set up a modern light & materials laboratory, with advanced auto lamp quality measurement equipment, which may validate and analyze accurately the optical parameters of various lights. For the lamp performance test, it possesses dozens of sets of test equipment as high & low temperature testing machine, salt spray testing chamber, vibration testing stand, rain testing chamber, dust testing chamber, high temperature testing chamber, etc, which may meet the requirements for validating relevant regulation on lamps and analytical parameters. With the support of perfect process technology, high quality system and excellent production equipments, our products quality and capacity are stronger and stronger. And we also got TS16949 international quality system certification, and some products were certificated by CCC, EMARK and DOT already.
